Bob joined itmsoil in September 2010 as the new Products Director to oversee the development of a products business and to drive its growth and change. He has been influential in combining the previous separate businesses of Soil Instruments and Interfels to simplify and streamline day to day issues as well as driving the efficiency of the manufacturing process and re-evaluating the pricing strategy.

Bob’s career has seen him develop from a mechanical engineering background into running major construction projects and teams in London and throughout the UK for major construction companies. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and the ability to grow and lead a team of diverse skills and abilities from sales through to manufacturing.

Bob has extensive experience of leading multi-disciplined projects and teams. His background in mechanical engineering provides him with key skills and strengths in relation to the management of manufacturing facilities, plant, materials and equipment. He also has detailed knowledge of the management of the production process, including overseeing and leading health, safety and environmental issues. He has excellent inter-personal and communication skills and is highly experienced in supply chain management.
