Howard brings over 30 years of experience at Board level in UK and international civil engineering, tunnelling and mining operations, where he also led a number of successful international M&A deals. Howard has managed many alliancing arrangements in America and South Africa. He has carried board responsibility for underground construction & power transmission and distribution alliances in the UK.
